Appointment not showing in calendar, but does show in the appointments table

Occasionally, an appointment is created but doesn’t register in the booking calendar – but dos show in the appointments table.

To rectify this situation the appointment will need to be cancelled and rebooked.

1. Go to the appointments table and edit the appointment…

2. Change it’s status to ‘Cancelled’

Now you can return to the calendar and rebook the appointment.

Check before leaving the calendar that the appointment has correctly registered there.
