If you are a psychiatrist or an administrator
Cancelling an appointment can be done by first finding the appointment in the booking calendar and then hovering your mouse over the appointment. You will see a window that will allow you to click a Cancel button. Once this is clicked, another window will open asking you for the reason for the cancellation.
This reason will be recorded against the appointment for future reference. The appointment will remain in the appointments table but the status will be Cancelled.
Any invoices relating to this now cancelled appointment will need to be manually refunded (if appropriate).
If you are a patient
To cancel an appointment, please call our support team on 033 0124 1980 as soon as possible and explain the reasons why the appointment needs to be cancelled.
