If you experience trouble compiling a patient’s invoice items into an invoice then follow these steps:
- Make note of the items to be invoiced (as you will be deleting them)
- Go to Invoices > Invoice Items Awaiting Invoicing
- Find the invoice items in this list and delete them one by one
- Go back to the patient’s case file and add new invoice items back in
- Click the ‘Create Patient Invoice Now’ button and this should send the invoice to the patient
To confirm this has worked go to the dashboard, then go back to the patient’s case file and check that there is an invoice generated in the ‘Patient Invoice History’ column.
