Information we need if an issue is localised…

Occasionally we are not able to emulate a problem that you may be experiencing at your end and so need to find out more about your system.

In order for us to progress those cases any further we will need the following information from you:

  • What device are you using? (Desktop, Laptop etc)
  • What Operating system are you using? (Mac, Windows)
  • What version of the operating system are you using? (OSX, Windows 10 etc)
  • What browser are you using (Chrome, Edge etc) – we advocate that you should use Chrome
  • What version of the browser are you using? (find out for Chrome here:

Note: Please make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome as this is often the main reason that local problems occur.
