If it is your first time logging in
You will need to change your password before logging in.
- Go to https://portal.psychiatry-uk.com.
- Click “Please set a new password here” in the green box.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive an email asking you to confirm if you would like to reset your password. When you click the link in the email, you will be taken back to the login screen.

Once you have changed your password, you will now be required to set up two-factor authentication. You will need to download an authenticator app on your mobile phone to complete this step. The Google Authenticator app is the most popular and easy to use, although there are others (https://www.guidingtech.com/best-two-factor-authentication-apps-iphone-android/). However, our advice is to use the Google Authenticator app.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Login.
- Click Use an authenticator.
- Open the authenticator app on your phone. If you are using Google Authenticator, click the plus sign in the bottom right corner of the app.
- Scan the QR code on screen using your phone.
- Enter the number you see on your phone into the text box.
- Click Submit.
- Enter the number that the authenticator app is showing you into the text box again.
You will need to enter the code that the app shows every time you log into the portal.
