Managing patients

Sharing a patient with another doctor

  1. Go to the “Patients” page.
  2. Click the patient’s name.
  3. Go to the “Patient Sharing” tab.
  4. Click New Share.
  5. Select a user from the “Shared User” dropdown box.
  6. Click Add.

You can also revoke access from the same menu:

  1. Go to the “Patients” page.
  2. Click the patient’s name.
  3. Go to the “Patient Sharing” tab.
  4. Click Revoke next to the user you want to remove sharing access from.
  5. Click Yes.

 

Transferring a patient to another doctor

  1. Go to the “Patients” page.
  2. Select a doctor from the “Principal Psychiatrist” dropdown box.

 

Managing a patient’s documents

Patient documents are stored in a separate tab within the “Notes section of the patient’s case file. You will see a tab titled “All Attachments”. This will list all of the documents which have been uploaded by you or the patient via notes. The date that the document was added and whom it was added by. You can click on any of the links in this table to download and view the document.

Please ensure that you delete any documents from your computer once you have viewed them. The document will still be available for download from the patient’s case file.
