Office 365

Office 365: OneDrive

Onedrive for business is your personal storage.

If you are used to Google Drive this works in a similar way.

Save directly from your online Office applications to OneDrive and you can view and edit your files from anywhere. By deafult only you have access to your files in OneDrive but you can choose to share them with other people for collaboration purposes if you wish. The sharing can have a time limit or be permanent.

The purpose of OneDrive is to store personal work related documents, anything that is shared with your team, templates, policies etc should be stored on a shared location instead.

OneDrive access will be provided with your Office 365 account. You can find it by going here , logging in to your Office account and clicking the blue cloud icon as described in the picture above.
