Checklist – Patient Booking Appointments

Please check the following BEFORE sending a follow up notification to the patient:

  1. Check that the patient’s Principal Clinician is correctly assigned (This can also be changed to the patient’s nurse or therapist – whoever will be undertaking the consultation)
  2. Check that the Treatment the consultation will cover has been correctly assigned to the patient
  3. Check the patient’s Principal Clinician (or whoever this may have been changed to) is correctly linked to the Clinic that is offering this treatment
  4. Check that the patient’s Principal Clinician is able to offer this treatment

 

Note: If you are making an appointment with a patient please ensure your schedule is up to date so there are slots available in your calendar. (My Profile > Schedule)
