Reporting issues/bugs

In order for our support team to be able to quickly diagnose errors or bugs it is vital that we are sent as much information as possible.

When submitting a support ticket please try to gain the following information:

  • Device being used (ie laptop, tablet, phone etc)
  • Operating System (ie Mac, Windows)
  • Operating System Version: (ie 10, 11 etc)
  • Browser (ie Chrome)
  • Browser version (go to

  • What link or button is pressed to trigger the error/bug
