Appointments can be rescheduled using the booking calendar or by editing the appointment details from the appointments table. The procedure is the same in both cases.
1 Ensure the slot that the appointment is to be moved to is available
2 Mouseover the appointment if in the booking calendar) an click edit
3 Update the necessary details in the pop up box
4 Click Submit and wait for the calendar to update.
Note: In some cases the time for the calendar to refresh can be more than a few seconds due to the appointment slots being recalculated. Be patient while this action takes place.
Do not navigate elsewhere until you see the confirmation message
