Resetting a patient’s 2FA

  1. Go to the “Patients” page.
  2. Click the patient’s name.
  3. Go to the “Demographics” tab.
  4. Go to the “Reset 2FA” tab.
  5. Choose the reason for resetting.
  6. Ask the patient the three randomly-generated security questions; if they answer the question correctly, check the box next to that question. The patient must answer all questions correctly.
  7. Click Reset.

If a patient cannot answer the questions correctly, they will need to create an IT support ticket.
