- Go to the “Patients” page.
- Click the patient’s name.
- Go to the “Demographics” tab.
- Go to the “Reset 2FA” tab.
- Choose the reason for resetting.
- Ask the patient the three randomly-generated security questions; if they answer the question correctly, check the box next to that question. The patient must answer all questions correctly.
- Click Reset.
If a patient cannot answer the questions correctly, they will need to create an IT support ticket.
