We can now verify that the new system launch is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 30th June 2019. From that date onwards, you will log in to the new system to manage your appointments, patient notes, etc.

Between then and now, expect to get a few emails and notifications reminding you that the date is imminent.

You will also receive new login details on the day (or more likely a few days before) so you will be able to login and view the new system.

There will be be 24/7 live IT support available from the support centre.

We will also be posting some videos to help you manage the transition from the old system to the new one.
