Deployed during August/September 2020

Below are a list of bug fixes, improvements and new features since V3 went live:

• Bug Fix: Invoiced items now showing in patient’s case file
• New Feature: Urgent button now added to tasks screen allowing a quick view of any urgent tasks still pending
• Priority filter now fixed on tasks tables (Allowing tasks to be ordered by date/priority etc, using column headers)
• Bug Fix: Click into patient from task list on dashboard now fixed
• Bug Fix: Search results not being remembered on payment page
• Improvement: More search options added to payments screens – (Sort by Recipient (first or last), Amount (without the £), Status (‘Awaiting’ or ‘Paid’), Paid date (DD/MM/YYYY) , Patient Name (first or last), Patient Ref, Invoice Ref)
• Improvement: Finance Dashboard – Replace current table with the ‘Payments’ page data Then remove the ‘Payments’ link in the left menu
• Bug Fix: Doctor’s star ratings now correctly calculated (in back office and on the website)
• Bug Fix: Patient does/does not want PUK to contact GP – radio button fixed
• Bug Fix: Error when trying to delete an invoice
• Improvement: If invoice is cancelled, remove Paylink and add N/A
• New Feature: Allow an invoice to be cancelled (rather than deleted)
• Bug Fix: Online booking form now checks appointment slots in real time to ensure no double bookings
• Bug Fix: PCF tasks being created randomly
• New Feature: Online booking form now allows the user to choose the doctor before showing appointment slots. This has improved the load time of the form considerably (User can still bypass this screen and choose a random slot)
• Bug Fix: Doctor’s schedule reset button now fixed
• PUK Request: DISABLE automatic video/audio recordings.
• Bug Fix: All cancelled appointments showing the same (wrong) payment status
• Bug Fix: If manually paid this does not correctly show the method in the appointments table
• Bug Fix: Payment status not displaying on calendar slots
• Bug Fix: Cannot update patient demographics (Address Line 1)
• Bug Fix: Work Hours not refreshing to show updates
• Bug Fix: Doctor profile should only show patients that belong to that doctor
• Bug Fix: Cancelled appointments only showing 25 records
• Bug Fix: Appointment confirmation NOT being sent to patient if payment is manually marked as paid
• PUK Request: Change lead time on online booking form to 168 hours (7 days)
• Bug Fix: Logged in as a doctor: Setting a task: Only showing shared patients but should show a mix of shared AND patients related to the doctor
• Bug Fix: Don’t sent INV1 when creating an invoice during an online booking
• Bug Fix: Logged in as a doctor: Cannot see his patients when clicking on second, third page etc (pagination issue)
• Bug Fix: Completed PCF immediately after the appointment. The thank you page hangs, but PCF is updated correctly and shows as completed in appointments list
• Bug Fix: Appointment pending notification not being sent to patient (if ‘Pay later’ button is clicked)
• Bug Fix: Select menu in tasks modal should only show LIVE patients NOT archived ones
• Bug Fix: Paylinks won’t work unless logged into the system
• Bug Fix: Online Booking failure – send user INV1 and keep the appointment as ‘Awaiting Payment’
• Bug Fix: Manual booking form – Payment amount not showing correctly
• Bug Fix: Invoice not being removed from Invoices and Patient’s case notes when an appointment is cancelled
• Bug Fix: Logged in as a nurse: Clicking on a patient link from a task takes them to the patient profile BUT the patient sharing tab is missing in that view
• Bug Fix: Logged in as Nurse: cannot see any patients in the select menu when creating a task
• Bug Fix: Task notification email not being sent to users
• Bug Fix: Wrong invoice total showing in Private Patient Invoices (and patient invoice history)
• Bug Fix: Precall test page not working
• Bug Fix: Error when a patient sets a note – notification does not go to correct recipient
• Bug Fix: Therapist cannot see his/her appointments (but can see all others!)
• Bug Fix: ‘Seen By’ name is not being recorded in patient notes
• Bug Fix: When a patient submits a note the patient gets an sms and email notification – only the recipient staff member should get sent these
• Bug Fix: Number of patients per clinic not showing correct total
• Bug Fix: PayPal payment not registering after patient uses Paylink
• Bug Fix: Not showing correct list of patients when viewing the ‘Clinic’ patients list
• Bug Fix: Online booking form: Not saving patient’s phone number
• Bug Fix: Payments received and payments pending not being calculated correctly
• Bug Fix: Filenames displaying as a 0 in patient notes
• Bug Fix: Leading zeros removed from patient notes
• Bug Fix: Logged in as a nurse: Link to patient from task list not working (takes them to patient list)
• Bug Fix: Nurses are reporting that shared patients are not showing in their lists
• Bug Fix: Logged in as a patient: Not showing comments or feedback stars
• Bug Fix: NHS numbers saved as 0 when creating new patient record
• Bug Fix: Searching in the task table – Should include ‘Assigned To’ and ‘Patient Name’ fields – currently only searching the ‘Task Details’ field (fix applied to all tabs in the tasks area)
• Bug Fix: Cannot remove breaks in Doctor’s schedule
• Bug Fix: Prescription dosage not saving properly
• Bug Fix: Setting a task from the patient profile: Not showing list of staff/admins

In the pipeline:

• New OOO feature allowing multiple users to be chosen to cover OOO
• Improved payment screens allowing date filtering and exporting of data
• New video consultation platform

Although V3 has been thoroughly beta tested we anticipate there may still be some issues that cannot be picked up until deployed to a live environment. If you spot anything please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket here
