If you are an existing user or a first time user of the patient portal you will be asked to reset your password.
The steps below include resetting your password and then setting up ‘Two Factor Authentication’ (2FA) which is just an extra level of security which you have probably come across (in online banking etc). It takes a little longer to set up but only needs to be done once.
